The Dead Weather’s new album is just a couple months away, folks. That’s right, the record, entitled Dodge & Burn, is set to drop this September on Jack White’s Third Man Records label. The album will include eight brand new songs along with four remastered songs that were previously released as 7″ singles via Third Man Records subscription service. To that end, if you subscribe to Third Man Records’ Vault Package now you’ll receive volume 25, which includes Dodge & Burn on “inclement weather vinyl” sporting an alternate album cover, a 7″ single for “I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)” and playing cards featuring The Dead Weather band members for the King, Queen, Jack and Joker. Unfortunately, we also must report that The Dead Weather will not be touring behind the album, as its members have other commitments.
As always, The Dead Weather are Jack White, Alison Mosshart (The Kills), Dean Fertita (Queens of the Stone Age) and Jack Lawrence (The Raconteurs).
